ADMISSION Requirements

1.    Students must meet the age requirement for each grade level.

2.  Students must pass all admission tests (Arabic, English, and Math) first before passing the interview.   

3. The following documents must be submitted to complete the admission process:  

§  (3) colored passport-size recent photos

§  Copy of the birth certificate

§  Copy of the vaccination card

§  Copy of the student’s passport with a valid residence visa for non-Emiratis.

§  Copy of the family book (for Emiratis) OR Copy of mother’s family book (Emirati mothers)

§  Original student’s Emirates ID  

§  Original Parents’ Emirates ID’s

§  Student’s medical file from the previous school

§  Student’s last report card + transfer certificate from the previous school (for students transferring from schools within Sharjah). The transfer certificate should be attested by the previous school for the following grades (2-9), and the last two report cards for students from grades (10-12).

§  For students transferring from other Emirates in the UAE, the transfer certificate should be attested by the previous school attended and the education zone of the emirate for the following grades (2-9), and the last two report cards for students from grades (10-12).

§  A final report card of the last 2 years will be required from students who are transferring from a different curriculum for the following grades (9-12). If the student is transferring from a school located outside the UAE, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE consulate should attest the report, and the last two report cards for students from grades (10-12).

§  Clearance form from the previous school

4.  Seat booking fee must be paid, which will be deducted from the total fees.
